Overview/Position Overview
Identify, plan, and execute strategies to position office interiors and increase sales.Build and leverage relationships with targeted end-user accounts and influencers such as commercial real estate brokers, project management firms and the A&D community to identify market opportunities and close new business
responsibility:
Build interest and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Work with leadership to build strategic plans that drive revenue.
- Identify client needs, budget and project schedule to support project execution.
- Acts as a point of contact in developing opportunities and closing deals.
- Secure and lead initial engagements and follow up on client appointments during projects to ensure results are delivered.
- Develop client-specific product and service solutions. Advertise our core service capabilities to clients and other project stakeholders.
- Lead the development of client-focused presentations in written and multimedia formats.
- Developing, coordinating and attending events related to target customers and influencers.
- Maintain client relationships to identify future opportunities and strengthen strategic relationships within client facilities, project management and real estate teams
- Anticipate potential business opportunities.
Eligibility:
education/experience
A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with at least three years of relevant experience.

- Solid sales skills interacting with clients and influencers
- Must be spontaneous and have a sense of urgency
- Ability to analyze situations and opportunities and suggest the best approach is required.
- Ability to take project ownership, delegate, and provide guidance to project team members.
- Knowledge of contract office manufacturers and how best to position customer-centric applications.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to present products and solutions and lead engagements
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced and sometimes stressful environments with changing priorities
- Ability to apply logical reasoning, strategic and creative problem solving, and sound business judgment

- Ability to walk a reasonable distance and lift and manipulate product demo samples (e.g. task chairs)
