Perched majestically on Bristol’s harborside, The Cube has undergone an extensive refurbishment to offer excellent open-plan office accommodation across four floors, offering full service, newly added amenity blocks and an impressive It features a meeting and greeting reception area.
Following a concept design by Stride Tregown, we were tasked with renovating CAT A across the upper four floors to create flexible office spaces for contemporary residents.
On the first floor, we completed CAT B from the new look reception space with LED lighting throughout.
Outdoors, many features and facilities have been added to promote health and well-being in the workplace. The newly constructed shower block will provide residents with end-of-trip facilities such as bike storage and a ‘preparation’ area in support of green travel policies, helping reduce fuel emissions and travel costs. A new seating area was also created at the rear of the building, allowing employees to relax outdoors.
The Cube offers residents excellent office accommodation that is not only located in a prominent location in the city, but also flexible enough to meet all needs.
