SGH Design Partners has completed a Syngenta office in Guelph, Canada with a dynamic collaboration space. Syngenta Canada has completely refurbished its existing office in Guelph to reimagine the way people work. Syngenta occupies the entire building, comprising a mix of open workstations, offices, meeting rooms and large flexible spaces with a choice of environments.
Over the course of this project, Syngenta began moving to a new model of working with a mix of assigned and unassigned workspaces for team members. Their vision for the new space included a large reception adjacent to a large function space with operable walls.
The result is a beautiful space inspired by the surrounding landscape. Organic shapes, earthy colors, and flexible working environments brought this beautiful space to life. The office includes flexible work areas that support reconfiguring the environment for a variety of functions, including all-hands meetings and events, dedicated work zones, cafés, and intimate receptions.
