The Floral Dining Room
19th-century French chairs with Scalamandre cushions surround tables covered with Cautan & Taut’s checkered tablecloths. The tableware is a combination of vintage tableware from Valdis and glassware from Talmaris. Jay C. Roman and Podge Byun painted floral details on silk wall panels for a romantic dining room look.

Blue & White Coastal Kitchen
A gorgeous and subdued color palette with blue accents will take you to the beach in no time. The kitchen upper cabinets are lined with blue and white Claremont check. Unique pendant lights by Urban Electric Co. A custom range hood adds flare to the coastal kitchen.

The living room is an extension of the romantic theme Aerin wanted for her home. Rooms feature custom sofas and Louis XVI painted chairs. An elegant room with bright and airy colors.

The walls of the bedroom are covered with green silk. Creates a rich and welcoming sanctuary. To add vintage charm, the room is fitted with Christopher Hyland’s 19th-century bench upholstered in embroidered fabric. Palm Beach Sleeping Porch
It’s the perfect place to enjoy the Florida climate. Rattan furniture designed by Thorne and Bonacina is used to decorate the porch.
What is a sleeping pouch?
The porch style was popular in Victorian and early 20th century homes. The bedroom porch was often accessed from the second or third floor bedrooms. Enclosed deck or balcony with screened windows. A fan-favorite room where you can relax and take a nap.

View of the pool. The South Florida mansion was built in 1930 by architect Howard Major. One of the most striking features of this home is the outdoor space. The patio furniture was previously owned by Aerin’s grandmother, Estee Lauder. The outdoor furniture is all white, creating a clean, sophisticated Palm Beach aesthetic.
