Neumorph Architects and Nossa Norman worked closely with ripples We have created an office for a unique and creative team in Bangalore, India.
The space in which you work is important. It should inspire and uplift you. And you need to tell the story of your company, your job, and your employees. Ripling’s brand design team set out to do all this in its new office in India with Nossa Norman Design Studio.
The team went to great lengths to create a space that felt unique to both Ripling and Bangalore. From small details like the colors and fonts used on the boardroom signage to big things like the thoughtful interior structure and comfortable furnishings. Nuemorph Architects and Rafferty Construction played a key role in bringing the design team’s vision to life.
An entire 30,000 square feet is devoted to engineering and customer service teams working in various time zones. A bold and colorful mural by local Noupur Choksi represents “unity, the different teams that come together across continents to work together to make the Ripling of today.”
Other custom elements include ‘ripple’ carved 3D sound absorbing wall panels, a warm wood reception desk that subtly echoes the logo, and a locally woven wool rug in the perfect shade of plum. there is. Beautiful elements aside, this is an accessible and flexible workplace for his 300+ employees working day and night.
