As part of a growth strategy, the client was relocating to a brand new office in Two Central Square in the heart of the city.
Our job is to bring design to life and create contemporary workspaces with a variety of formal meeting rooms, ‘Zoom’ rooms, individual booths, open co-working areas and elegant welcome lounges. bottom.
To help our clients make more effective use of the space to host their meetings and events, a folding wall has been added between the two meeting rooms for easy access.
Acoustics across the floorplate was an important consideration for the client. Due to the nature of their work and the confidentiality of their clients, all walls are built with high acoustic ratings, with additional acoustic treatment above the ceiling and below the raised floor, and suspended throughout the office environment. A lowered acoustic panel is used.
A large tee point area, along with biocompatible elements and custom wood slatted walls, provides a fresh and welcoming space for your team to unwind, entertain, socialize and relax.
