Jules and I have tried to increase our protein intake, but achieving these macros can be difficult. Especially when you want to have a snack without rest. So I decided to make two of her low-calorie, macro-calculating desserts that you can make with your favorite kitchen appliance. NinjaCREAMi.

We have been using CREAMi since the early days. In fact, I believe they sent us ours before it was published. I’ve been using it almost weekly since then and it still works great, and I’ve probably tried over 100 different dessert variations (like these 3).
Ninja Creamy | additional container | ice cream bowl | silver spoon | black vase | Hand towel (resemble)
These two ice creams are definitely near the top of that list and I’ve made them a few times since coming up with them. Great for watching shows before bed and not interrupting your macro shots (if that’s what you like). I also love adding mixins. The flavor and texture will be even better.
