Paramount has won a prestigious £11 million contract from global investment bank Credit Suisse to refurbish an office complex in Bristol city centre.
Architect and design firm AWW and real estate consultancy CBRE team up as project managers to deliver a high-spec renovation of a building at Temple Quay with the aim of creating one of Bristol’s greenest commercial buildings I have a task to do.
Together, the project team will work towards the highest construction industry standards for sustainability and health, and to secure the coveted BREEAM Excellent, Wiredscore Platinum, and three-star Fitwel 3 certifications.

In the ongoing year-long renovation project, a seven-story full-service Grade A office complex has undergone a comprehensive renovation, creating 75,000 square feet of available flexible space through agents Lambert Smith Hampton and CBRE. The way to the workspace will be opened. .
