Successful JLL expansion and renovation projects to enhance functionality, introduce a fresh look, and break down barriers to foster mutual collaboration among Atlanta-based teams. ASD | SKY has created a dynamic and professional space for his JLL office in Atlanta, Georgia.
ASD|SKY worked on a combination expansion and renovation of JLL. Working within the guidelines of JLL’s Global Workplace Standards, our team interpreted and delivered a contextual design that introduced a fresh look throughout and enhanced the functionality of the dedicated presentation space. This extensive renovation includes a work/social hub, expanded multipurpose training and event spaces, a barista bar and a micromarket. This extension also includes new libraries. To balance a dense, socially responsible and open office environment, we have designed dedicated spaces for focused work. The design team works to weave spaces and materials to break down programmatic barriers, define public spaces, and enable natural cross-collaboration. The result of the design is a colorful and welcoming space with a subtle branding approach.
