Integrity Seguros Offices – Buenos Aires

simple maintenance swing created a minimal office Integrity Segros Located in an Art Deco building in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This is a just completed project in a beautiful Art Deco building (very neglected) that we brought to life in Buenos Aires. The location of this project is in the old town of Buenos Aires, in front of Puerto Madero.

This project had two parts. One redesigned the entire office space for different types of tasks and employees, ranging from presidents, managers, and general employees, and even had a small area for co-working. This entire floor is approximately 4865 square feet. The floor and ceiling have been replaced and the space has been completely renovated. We planned the space with a more open concept, with glass walls to allow sunlight to flow from the main street to the back street as the building occupies an entire strip of blocks from front to back. He only added two closed offices. city.

The other space is located on the top floor (12th floor) and offers great views of the city. The balcony has also been redone and faces one of his most beautiful buildings almost on the water.

This is a canteen and lunch area for employees, a co-working space, and a relaxing area. It’s like a small living room where you can put a sofa and a side table to read, or relax with a magnificent view from the window. This is 1442 sf. All the furniture was custom-made for the space, as was the art on the walls.

Both spaces have warm minimalist clean lines, almost entirely in warm white with touches of wood bringing the space a sense of cosiness and peace.
