I love this bright and beautiful color for summer!
Summer means al fresco dining on the patio!
I recently (as usual) decided last minute to make a Sunday night dinner for my family and made Summer’s Famous Grilled Chicken and Lime Coriander Garlic Marinated. I invited 2 people, but after he reminded everyone 3 hours ago, the number naturally increased to 5.
After all… I didn’t have a lot of time to prepare, but my first step was setting up a simple summer table.I couldn’t wait to put a new one Aerin Ardsley collection (by) Aerin Lauder) from Williams Sonoma use.

table flower arrangements
For the flower arrangement, I placed a white and green Kalanchoe potted plant in the center of the table. The can was about $10 at the local hardware store, and the plant itself was about $8 at the grocery store. And voila… the eyeball is done.

I love randomly finding vases at home improvement stores and flea markets.

Is this for less than $10?! Yes please.
Even when I’m casually grilling out, I like to add a formal element to my casual table, like cloth napkins and crystals. waterford drink glass. To buy similar glasses, click here!

First, place a basic woven placemat in front of each seat. Add a round placemat woven from blue paper and your table is done for this summer. Fill the center of each placemat with your daily essentials (or a melamine plate). Place the folded napkin on the left side of the plate. If you have linen napkins, use them. It helps to enhance the design of the table.

my summer dinner party
The dinner party turned out great! My family loved the table and the food. I always count on my loved ones to give me lots of laughter and love. A perfect summer dinner!

The courtyard is also preparing for summer. (May 2023)
How do you decorate your table?
Luxurious tablecloths, complementary dinnerware, and cute table centerpieces are the easiest ways to decorate your summer table. A simple small vase of flowers cut from your own garden is enough to give the place the summery feel you want. When setting the summer table for a late lunch, candles on or around the table help ease the transition from lunch to late lounging.

host like a pro
If you are inviting a large group of people or children, prioritize durability. There are many beautiful table accessories that are functional and don’t break your wine glasses outside.
To improve your table styling skills, you should also prioritize designing stunning visual landscapes with flowers and candles. Even better if you can find candles of different heights. Think of it as a little skyline on your table. All items should work together to improve the overall atmosphere.
How will you treat your friends and family this summer?
