At Austin’s Frontera Crossing Amenity Center, S. Tipton Studio designed a multi-functional hub that utilizes different seating types and warm interior textures to create a productive, collaborative environment.
S. Tipton Studio created a multi-function hub at the Frontera Crossing Amenity Center in Austin, Texas.
The Frontera Crossing Amenity Center is a capital improvement project that transforms a central purpose-built building area into a multi-functional hub. This small but strategic square footage has worked to great effect by providing tenants with additional common areas for collaboration and gathering.
Incorporating different types of lounge seating, meeting rooms, telephone rooms and bar seating, this space offers users a high degree of flexibility and versatility.
The design is further enriched with warm interior textures and patterns, including locally sourced artwork, custom urban murals, and unique steam fireplaces. Every corner of the space is carefully woven to create a holistic environment within the office building that fosters creativity, productivity and a sense of community.
