We are delighted that our adaptation project for Conexus was shortlisted. Wales Property Awards 2023following the 2021 award, was nominated for the second consecutive year in the Fit Out of the Year category.
Occupying approximately 6,000 square feet of space, Connexus Our brand new headquarters is at Anchor Court, Cardiff.
A new space with a futuristic monochrome design will inspire, condense the brand and facilitate the company’s dynamic growth plans.

This is the sixth year Paramount has been nominated for a project within the Wales Property Awards, including the renovation of the iconic Hodge House building in 2020 and Cardiff in 2021. Fusion Point One’s CAT A transformation project wins again.

The Wales Insider Awards recognize the achievements of real estate, construction, trading, development, advisory firms and individuals across Wales. The award shortlist was selected by an independent panel of judges.
The award ceremony will be held at Cardiff City Hall on the 15th.th The winner will be announced in June.
