LP+A Arquitetura designed offices for a financial start-up in São Paulo, Brazil. The current scenario requires companies to rethink the purpose of the office, transforming it from a simple workspace to an infrastructure that helps build social capital that fosters a sense of purpose and belonging. In this sense, one financial start-up hired his LP+A to renovate its office in São Paulo, SP.
Face-to-face interaction has a lot to do with company culture, so the refurbishment focused on different collaborations than face-to-face work. Innovative, unconventional and questioning, this financial start-up values individuality and freedom. The project not only incorporates flexibility and the power of user choice into corporate spaces, but also reflects the nature of the company to adapt to new forms of work with areas that facilitate meetings and collaboration. .
For this project, a design was developed based on the client’s daily life, where the team is divided into business units. Each environment was sectored with vibrant colors, bringing youth and fluidity to the space.
