A simple and delicious salad recipe with tomatoes and cucumbers.
Another delicious and easy salad. This is great during the summer months, especially if you’re growing your own herbs and vegetables.
This salad is very easy to mix. You can also make it ahead of time, so it is also recommended for making large quantities at gatherings. (And usually he gets better after a day or so.)
Watching my garden grow is one of my favorite times of the summer.
I use the loose square foot gardening method. You’ll be amazed at how much you can fit into a 4′ x 4′ space. This is especially true when planting growing or climbing vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers.
When I first started growing vegetables, I had the basics: a few sprigs of herbs, cherry tomatoes, regular tomatoes, and a ton of cake.

Great for beginners as it grows amazingly with a little attention.
This easy salad is so fresh and delicious. If you have a garden, you may be able to grow most of what you need to grow in your backyard. When making it in the summer, you only need to buy a few ingredients.
Ingredients and amounts are listed, but the portions for this crunchy salad are entirely up to you.
Incredibly easy and quick to assemble.
Here’s what you need to make this fresh salad:
Cucumber, tomato and onion salad
2 cucumbers (chopped)
4 tomatoes (chopped)
half a red onion, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 tablespoon or more of parsley
1 tablespoon or more of dill
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
salty to your liking
The three main vegetable ingredients give this salad a nice crunch, and the marinade gives it great flavor and a bit of chewiness to make it delicious.
As I said before, the ingredients should be adjusted to your taste. Add more feta cheese if desired (very tasty). I like to use more red wine vinegar than most recipes I’ve found so far. I also love dill, so I add dill as well.
While tasting, check if you want more ingredients.
It’s delicious right after you make it, but it’s even better after a day or two after being soaked in vinegar and herbs.
I also saw a recipe using avocado! If you’re not a fan of feta cheese, mozzarella would also be a great cheese option.
Have you tried this healthy and easy salad? Addictive! You can eat it all at once. 🙂
