This is Paramount’s third Wales Property Award in four years and will fit out again in 2020 for the renovation of Hodge House and in 2021 for Fusion Point One’s CAT A works. / Won Refurbishment of the Year.
Occupying approximately 6,000 square feet, Connexus’ brand new headquarters is located in Cardiff’s Anchor Court. A new space with a futuristic monochrome design will inspire, condense the brand and facilitate the company’s dynamic growth plans.
Judges commented on multipurpose areas that encourage people to gather, socialize and focus without disturbing the primary work environment.
