Located in Vietnam’s Quang Binh province, Son Doong Cave, the world’s largest cave, is a natural wonder that has captured the world’s attention for years. With massive stalactites, sparkling underground rivers and surreal landscapes, the magnificence of this cave is unmatched. Son Doong Cave recently inspired a group of architects and designers in Finch to create an internationally leading workspace concept that showcases the beauty and grandeur of the cave.
The workspace concept is designed to provide a unique and inspiring environment that encourages creativity and productivity. The workspace’s design elements incorporate the natural features of the cave, including the use of natural materials, earth colors and organic shapes, seamlessly integrating the indoor and outdoor spaces. Workspaces include open-plan work areas, private meeting rooms, common areas, and leisure spaces.
The centerpiece of the workspace is the reception hall, designed to mimic the shape of a large cave room. It offers great views of the interior of the cave. The lighting system in the room mimics the natural light of the cave, creating a calm and serene atmosphere. The overall design of the workspace allows users to integrate themselves into the beauty of Son Doong Cave while enjoying the comfort and convenience of a modern workplace.
