The top plate height is 158 cm, and the total height is 191.3 cm (bookshelf H33.3 cm). The bed itself, excluding the ladder, is 192cm long and the ladder is 28 deep for a total of 220.7cm. Please note that you need at least 50cm to 1m of space to comfortably enter the ladder steps.
