Especially in the early days of Wit & Delight, this platform was a place to process experiences and emotions, some of which still didn’t make sense to me. I wrote personal essays on relationships, mental health, parenthood, what home means to me, and many other things. In my twenties and thirties, this kind of space for self-expression and discovery was exactly what I needed. There was something healing about that process that helped me evolve into the human being I was gradually becoming.
Today I am sharing a selection of personal essays I have published in Wit & Delight over the past 14 years.
Writing these articles allowed me to step into a softer part of myself. They were written to help me process my emotions, and also in hopes that others would resonate with my words. We hope you will enjoy watching it again.
