Our focus on creating homely workspaces close to home contributed to the success of our first location in San Francisco’s Marina District. The hub has thrived on local professionals who are no longer working under the same roof during the pandemic. AvantSpace’s combination of convenience and sophisticated environment has earned it a reputation as a hub for locally or remotely established businesses, venture capital, creative entrepreneurs, start-ups and more.
As people’s need for remote work alternatives closer to home becomes more apparent, AvantSpace decided to design a new location in San Rafael to further bridge the gap between home and office environments.
Led by AvantSpace co-founder Josh Breuner, the workspace’s architecture combines rustic textures with mid-century modern details in an open-concept layout that creates an inviting space for collaboration and connection. Growing up Private offices, community-focused tables, and designated desks are centered around wooden vaulted ceilings with skylights, flooding the two-story space with natural light and inspiration, especially on Zoom days. can take in the outside scenery.
The workspace integrates warm neutrals and subtle earth tones that embody a professional and sophisticated workspace, while creating a luxurious atmosphere for working professionals to enjoy outside of work. Her Kelly Bartley Interiors Kelly Bartley was the design lead who brought her AvantSpace vision to life, a space that blurs the lines between work and play.
