Alibaba‘s in-house design team has created a space for their employees to collaborate and enjoy their work in Hangzhou, China.
According to NOVAH NEXT SPI, internet industry employees like to be open and collaborative to increase work efficiency. This office in Hangzhou is an office space that promotes work-life balance and supports close collaboration between employees.
In the office, there are several “meeting spaces” where multiple people can share and discuss, and break down communication barriers. These “meeting spaces” are a combination of sofas (cabanas), TV stands (focus) and other office furniture.
In the activity room, a free-moving rocky sofa adds mobility to the area. Employees can straddle or sit sideways to unlock different sitting positions for added comfort and relief from internal tension.
In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the air and sunlight in office spaces, and the area right next to the floor-to-ceiling windows is filled with plenty of sunlight and the scenery is very beautiful. Sit down on the soft sofa and spend a relaxing time.
The entire dining area is dominated by white, interspersed with natural wood tones and bright orange to create a harmonious palette. Seats from the FourSure® and FourMe® series are used extensively in this space, with armless seats offering more freedom and seats with armrests providing ample containment and security.
