“This venture capital firm wanted to continue its traditional work model while also introducing new elements to enhance the client and employee experience at the Golden Square office. Host clients in the functioning kitchen and bar area, or hold meetings in the relaxed member lounge and library.
Great attention has been paid to details and finishes to create a design that exudes quality and character. A blend of classic and contemporary design, walnut veneer panels and richly colored fabrics add drama to the bright, minimalist design. Mood lighting creates an atmospheric workspace that feels partially intimate while maintaining workplace functionality and professionalism.
The inner perimeter of the office is entirely glass and surrounds the atrium on the 5th floor. Naturally, there is a lot of light, and the open design allows light to spread even in private offices and conference rooms. Visitors and employees are greeted by sophisticated teapoints and breakout spaces that connect the front of house to meeting rooms and offices that can accommodate internal and external meetings. Soft seating encourages employees to host nimble meetings, while acoustically protected pods accommodate smaller private meetings and phone calls. ”
