“After purchasing one level in a heritage-listed building, they commissioned our team to refurbish an entire floor. The tenant consisted of three rundown suites, and guided Prestige Brands through the development application process to ensure compliance with historic building requirements.
After removing the existing tenants, we secured a new design that maximizes natural light from the large atrium that runs through the core of the building. A strong first impression was the core part of the brief. All surfaces are treated upon arrival. Marble paneling, brass details, terrazzo floors and custom onyx lighting set the scene.
Meeting rooms open onto the atrium and can be reconfigured for internal meetings, training, and product demonstrations. We have integrated hidden storage throughout the space, including on the walls of the reception and under the banquet tables, providing ample space for product storage depending on the size of your business.
