We’re still in the kitchen awaiting the final touches (don’t worry if you find something that doesn’t look finished). I’m trying to finalize some paint colors for my paint shop, so while I’m working on that, I can’t wait to pull out some I’ve stashed for my kitchen. We will share some of them today!
The good news is that you can probably “move” into your kitchen this week. Even though there are still some details to be finished and projects in progress around the house (deck, living room/mud room, etc.) / entrance / paint stairwell, new wooden stair treads and upstairs. floors, and even Tiny Cottage!).
If you missed my last mod update, you can check it out here.
I’m sure it will be a few more weeks before it’s officially ‘done’ with the contractor, but after that, of course, the even more fun part for me will begin. I can’t wait to decorate and place plants in my garden :). I have a collection of vintage tableware that I can’t wait to display in my kitchen, and I also bought some plants for my backyard.
Today I’m sharing some of the items I brought in last week, as well as vintage items as they arrive in the kitchen.
